Legal action looms in Tuesday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
Dolores has acquired a 21% stake in McCoy's from Zak - deceiving her husband Pete, her neighbour Rene and the other members of the consortium in the process.
On Tuesday, Rene squares up to Dolores and says: "We've a solid case to contest your purchase."
"You took on the wrong team," she adds, smiling.
