On Sunday night, chef Dean came to the restaurant's rescue.
Tonight's drama begins when Orla's card is declined in Phelan's - and she realises she has not been paid for her work in Vino's.
She corners Paul in McCoy's and says: "Where's my salary? Because it's definitely not in my bank account."
"Your salary paid Dean's wages," Paul replies dismissively.
