Training staff not only the importance of managing the security of patient data, but also how to effectively use secure tools as they evolve will help staff to become masters of communication in a new way of communicating. If the technology exists but is not being used the way it should, it will not be effective. It’s important to integrate the human aspect, especially in the field where people make their lives caring for others. User feedback, integrative workflow, and standardization that works within a practice are all pieces that help hold together solid, correct and consistent safeguarding practices.

Patient data and information safety has been a concern over the years more especially in the digital era of emergency of artificial intelligence but my consistency in the: 1.Use encrypted communication: Ensure all digital interactions are encrypted to protect data from unauthorized access. 2.Limit data access: Only allow necessary personnel to access patient information to minimize exposure. has been intergral in keeping and safeguarding data and information in the process of collection and storage while adhering to the HIPAA guidelines. Even as continue striving to achieve data safety and security, more measures should be put in place to curb the fast paced digital landscape with numerous gaps to optimise data safety and security

Would add authentication to sign in. This would be on top of encrypted software. Keeping people’s health data safe is of utmost importance especially when following HIPAA.
