I apply UX thinking even behind the scenes. I don't work with VIP clients directly — but I redesign internal tools based on real feedback from sales. I analyze where errors happen, where clients hesitate, or where too many steps slow things down. Then I build solutions — order templates, catalogs, interactive price lists — that reduce effort and guide users smoothly through the process. Even if clients never see me — they feel the difference. #UXThinking #ProcessDesign #ClientExperience #NoCodeUX

As an hotelier I will put it looking at my industry however that can be easily brought to other fields. Firstly, you must think the way your VIP guests, understanding the experience they are looking for, and what mostly interests them. Secondly, receiving feedback from them is vital and by getting to know various VIP Clients you also better understand each type of guest according to their cultural backgrounds and interests. That will help as well through experience. Things like reviews and questionnaires are always great ideas. Following up with VIP clients can also help in tailoring an experience or a product as they may wish.

Build a genuine connection first. "I’d love to understand exactly what you need to make this perfect for you. What’s most important to you?" Ask thoughtful questions, listen actively, and pick up on subtle preferences to craft a truly personalized solution.

Research Their Business & Industry Analyze their website, social media, annual reports, and recent news. Understand market trends, competitors, and pain points they might face. 3.
