    Sustainability does always seem to cost money with no real benefit for people which are not deeply involved in the process. But, driving sustainable results within an integrated system which combines Quality, Lean and Sustainability, will empower you to have KPI driven results, show consumption reduction, financial benefit and marketing potentials towards customers. We had during the beginning of our journey a lot of issues to convince customers and especially our US investors, but using KPI and cost driven facts and measures made it way more easy for us to get support for Sustainability initiatives and projects. Make it financially visible with direct, or indirect KPI's and u will have success.
