    Pour être compris quand on communique, il faut utiliser un langage que la personne avec qui on veut communiquer puisse comprendre. Donc tout ce qui est "jargon" scientifique ou marketing que seuls les personnes de l'équipe concernée. comprennent doit être transformé. En mots simple qu'un enfant de 7 ans comprendrait. En histoire, en expérience que peuvent vivre les gens. Et avoir une terminologie claire avec des définitions claires pour que chaque partie puisse s'y référer si besoin.
