Según mi experiencia, lo primero es validar si todos los integrantes del equipo realmente quieren ser voluntarios, si tienen ese deseo genuino de ayudar a "otros", invitarlos hacer una auto reflexión de la razón que los moviliza a ayudar, posteriormente definir objetivo del proyecto, el alcance y asignación de roles: 1. Capacitación 2. Planeación estratégica de las actividades 3. Salidas a campo o territorio 4. Retroalimentación, seguimiento En las salidas a campo se identifica que todos los seres humanos somos vulnerables y necesitamos ayuda y es el momento clave para continuar o definir cómo y cuándo podemos ayudar de manera fluida, natural.

Antes de tudo, é importante criar uma relação de confiança e vínculo pessoal com os voluntários. Neste sentido, crie um canal de comunicação aberto com uma escuta ativa genuína. Saiba qual a disponibilidade e capacidades que cada um deles possui. Dentro destes limites, deve-se criar compromissos com registros claros sobre as expectativas de cada atividade que é combinada.
