    Alright, AI's got that "sci-fi monster" vibe, yeah? Stakeholders are spooked, I get it. Can't just brush off the fear, gotta address it head-on. Transparency, like illuminating the code. Explain how it works, not what it does. Put safety nets in place, like guardrails for the AI. (Read IBM Article on AI governance) Show the benefits, the "human plus machine" superpowers. And, most importantly, start small, show the value with low-risk projects. Get those initial wins, build trust. It's about showing AI's a tool, not a takeover. We're building a future together, responsibly. Innovation with a safety belt, that's the key.

    Without stakeholder support, you can not push for innovation. The only way is with them. So the question must be, how to respond to stakeholder concerns not only in regards to AI, but to all exponentiell progressing technological induced change. My experience is, the concern is coming from the lack of knowledge and user experience. A stakeholder, who is not using AI, will not promote or support AI. So, upskilling and bringing hands-on technology experiences to the stakeholders is the key to success and will push innovation!
