    There are some items which I will perform to avoid confusion. Item 1, I will inform everyone by email 2-3 days before. Item 2, I will leverage some instant communications tools to inform them again which could indicate the receiver has read these information Item3, I will held regular training to clarify the maintenance work meaning to everyone, especially the consequences without maintenance.
