Most of the time, varied perspectives agree on goals and the variance usually lies on how to reach the goal. Providing all opinion makers with the understanding of the common goal will assist in creating a strategy in reaching the desired outcome. It's really all about maintaining the unity in the differing opinions in order for the desired outcome to be attainable.
