To prioritize client-requested features for a mobile app, I’d focus on: - User and business value – Does it enhance user experience or drive revenue? - Impact vs. effort – High-impact, low-effort features go first. - Feasibility – Can it be built with available resources? - Prioritization frameworks – MoSCoW, RICE, or Kano model to rank effectively. Balance quick wins with long-term value to keep users happy and the app growing.

I would start with first understanding and purpose of the solution/app and ensure that the features in the backlog needing prioritization align to this purpose / vision. The next step would be to make sure each of the requirements have clearly defined SMART goals. Once this is understood, I would work with the stakeholders to rank the features that maximize business value. This should also consider tradeoffs in terms of resources needed and at disposal, cost benefit analysis, future strategic alignment, and impact, effort and risk (mitigation or avoidance). I would also review the supporting business case plan for these features to ensure there is an objective measurable way to help the prioritization and post implementation validation.

None! Focus on what outcomes the market needs, that's what your customers need but just don't know it yet! Continued interviews with the market not just customers, a good product team and a company strategy that the team rally behind, your product team should know exactly what to build.

An example I have seen many times is to understand what brings value to the customer. You should start with putting a matrix with impact versus cost. Start with highest impact and lowest cost. So give a weight for every feature. Also building a strong user experience is must that can be evolved as we go to more features

Une chose que je trouve utile c'est d'opter pour une stratégie qui met en considération les besoins de l'utilisateur, c'est un partenaire efficace dans l'amélioration de l'application et le noyau efficient pour la réussite.

Evaluate if the customer requests is bringing a value to the app and if it's pain targeting any customer pain. This can be achieved with interviews or surveys with the customer

Prioritizing client-requested features for a new mobile app involves several key steps: Identify Business Goals: Align features with the app's overall objectives and the client's business goals. User Needs: Prioritize features that address the most critical user needs and pain points. Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to identify essential features. Feasibility: Assess technical feasibility and resource requirements for each feature. ROI: Evaluate the potential return on investment and impact on user engagement.
