    Clients can benefits the advantage of green building because of their remarkable paybacks, which includes and limited to the following: High performance & healthy environment for those building occupants, to live, shop, learn, and work. Has a proven marketing arms & triggers. Cost effective, specially in energy saving operation costs, & respectively environmental impact on the city heat emissions; dual nature mechanism. Community impact for green building, adopting equitable development, will strengthen owner outreach to the surrounding communities and employees, and thus maximizing stake holder winnings of their projects. Adopting such criteria, of reducing energy consumption of commercial buildings which has costly energy loads.

    Client can be briefed on following aspects: 1. Cost saving over life cycle of the building due saving in energy and water. 2. Premium asset creation, fetching greater sale or rental value than a normal building. 3. In case of a tenanted premise, minor premium charging over base charge can fetch greater revenue over life cycle of the building. 4. Subsidies schemes, additional FAR benefits, waivers or discounts offered in statutory charges by local authorities could help to either offset or reduce the initial capital cost. Thanks
