    Ensuring client expectations in like with your Esg / sustainability agenda is not really difficult. The starting point is their road map for Esg and your roadmap. Each industry has associations which prepares an action plan for all members. Each member will have more or less similar agendas and road maps. Compare their road map with yours. The rest is easy.
