    I always think you need to start with figuring out how to reduce! You hear stories of people switching to renewable sources or adding new tech but ultimately they still waste energy, this time renewable not fossil. Best to start with a basic audit of some kind to identify consumption and quick wins. Then you can set short and long terms goals on what to reduce, start small, train staff with the aim both increasing employee engagement and proving the investment is worthwhile. Be aware of any government incentives and ensure you consider financing options that could stretch the budget over times, with savings along the way contributing to those payments.

After all, if you don't benchmark your current infrastructure's performance, you can't make a truly informed decision on the best actions to take going forward.
