One thing that I have found helpful is to keep a calendar and a schedule to ensure that everyone is on the same page. A daily 15 minute meeting & a group chat on occasion. Keep communication open for positive results.

In my experience, creating a shared document where team members can review updates and add their inputs are always helpful. Occasionally schedule team meetings (preferably weekly) to go over updates to ensure all team members are on the same wavelength.

In my experience gaining buy - in and leaning on organizational research from James Kotter or Simon Sinek allows you the space and time to leverage the data and assessment you have to explain your vision on paper through analytics. If you are the expert, share your knowledge with your team for the purposes of continuous improvement and take on big tasks one small piece at a time

Firstly when you introduce a program updates, inform the team beforehand so when the upgrade happens they will not be shock. Secondly train the team on the updates, be open for hands on demonstration and support.
