    El ausentismo es un claro indicador de que algo a está sucediendo en el equipo de trabajo que está generando malestar, apatía, bajo compromiso con la tarea y esto genera desorganización y baja productividad. Por tanto es indispensable abrir una sana comunicación con el equipo de trabajo para evaluar las condiciones laborales que están generando dicho malestar y generar mejoras que beneficien tanto la empresa y atiendan la situación actual de los colaboradores. Es un reto importante pero también puede traer muchos beneficios en la organización.
