To ensure the team has mastered new mobile technologies after sharing sessions or training or even coaching, I would suggest they take national or international certifications. In that way I have a certified and competent Team.

You need to implement many strategies to speed up with your team: On top come trainings and online training, mentorship, feedback loop, project based learning, innovation days and resources sharing. Not to forget mentioning, regular meetings to discuss any updates, challenges and new findings.

At the same time, it is not easy and can be inefficient to have all team members learn new skills. The basic idea is to introduce the technology to everyone, but after those who know more about the technology have mastered it, it seems desirable to conduct dissemination training to the entire team.

Great insights! In addition to hands-on training and self-paced learning, I’d also recommend: • Mentorship and Peer Learning: Encouraging team members to share knowledge through workshops or peer mentoring can accelerate skill adoption. • Real-world Projects: Assigning practical projects or hackathons can help reinforce learning and improve problem-solving skills. • Continuous Learning Culture: Creating an environment that supports regular upskilling, whether through internal knowledge-sharing sessions or sponsored certifications, keeps teams ahead of industry changes. Staying ahead in mobile technology isn’t just about learning—it’s about applying knowledge effectively. Would love to hear how others are approaching this!

Generally mobile network technologies "evolve" this would indicate that during evolutionary process/re-standardization there are many fundamental principles that can be transferred through the "G's" . Understanding the basic principles of the OSI layer and understanding where and how technologies are applied within that structure is fundamental. Ensuring that the team has a sharp baseline skill set and are proficient in the current/legacy technology will allow those smart engineers to pick up new skills quickly and efficiently. Respecting the evolutionary process and drawing no hard lines between one technology and another usually leads to efficient learning.
