    Telecom are many areas to fill in rf planner/engineer to icommissioninh engineer and survey/palnninh engineer, it's best have proper briefing and training to access the person if he/she is can do the new task. If possible to attend training or workshop the better to enhance what expected work in the new task. And its always the best thing is to call or ask first if your not sure of what you are doing thete no warm with asking
