This is what I recommend: - Have a clear defined and visible and mentioned regularly company purpose and mission, so employee feels connected, if he/she also believes. - Clearly define and share and remember company values - Notion for task and project management, including all information required for each work - Slack for synchronous communication - Daily quick 5-15 min meetings with camera on

1. Communication through slack, mail and common Project management tool platform like ERP, JIRA, Cloud etc. 2. Identify overlapping hours & conduct handover meeting on daily basis or weekly, which is mandatory to attend. 3. Prioritization of task and assign to each team and discuss in overlapping hours. 4. Don't micromanage the team instead make a TL who can forward their issue to core team. 4. Social and cultural awareness among the team, which can helps to build efficient team.

well practically beyond the tools... I thonk thr following are needed: split the project to indipended objects, spread those to the remote teams stating clear scope, targers, outcome and timeline, one controlling point has to be set that will handle the overall work,control each team and organize meetings to check progress, resolve problems etc piece of cake! :-)

Using clear words : By close communication between team members, clarify the meaning of the words which your team use. It is better to have short documents include the definition of important 'term', specially used 'words' and frequently used abbreviations, together with the contents you communicated. Once you make the short documents, you have to consider to share them with all of the members in your company, if possible. Then those can help you when you can NOT reach your colleagues who are supposed to support you due to time differences. Thanks!

Building trust and relationships when you visit them in person is essential. This will be critical during remote communications because the team will better understand you. Communicating the company's purpose and vision and creating processes that bring structure and fairness across different locations while keeping regional nuances and culture in mind is also necessary. Appoint a local leader they trust and build trust and a relationship with the onsite leader; facilitate collaboration across remote teams. Create opportunities for them to grow in their careers and learn while they work towards company goals. We should also reward them based on personal and organizational KPIs and promote a culture of honest and transparent communication.

Tooling and automation are the keys in today's world. Also, hiring the right people is a critical success factor. Not everyone can work remotely much less as part of a mobile team that spread across time zones. The leader, project manager or boss needs to have special skills and understanding to know how to maximize the skills and core competencies of each team members, especially when not everyone is sitting in the same room.
