One thing I always ensure when working on a network project is to double delivery time to the client. This is to ensure the project is ready working successfully before engaging 3rd users.

One thing for sure when you realize project is failing got to zoom in the cause of the delay and create a kaizen burst then organize a project meeting to involve stake holders, brainstorm together and propose an action on mitigation plan and task it accordingly.

To get a network administration project back on track after missed deadlines, I would first assess the current situation to identify the root cause of the delays. Then, I would prioritize tasks based on their impact and urgency, ensuring critical milestones are met first. I would also reallocate resources if necessary and ensure the team has clear goals moving forward. Regular check-ins and transparent communication with stakeholders are essential to keep everyone aligned and manage expectations. Adjusting the project timeline and breaking tasks into smaller, manageable goals can help regain momentum
