    When clients hesitate to chase their career dreams, I start by honouring the fear — not shaming it. Many have experienced rejection, burnout, or toxic workplaces that made them doubt their worth. We work on: • Naming the fear — so it loses its power • Reconnecting with purpose — their “why” becomes their anchor • Visualising success — to shift focus from risk to possibility • Taking small, low-risk actions — to build confidence and momentum It’s not about pushing past fear, but learning to move with it — with courage and clarity.
