    Always thank those who give you the negative feedback straight up. You should encourage to do so more often and never dispute. If someone is thinking negatively about you, those negative thoughts would never go away until they vent to someone else. would you rather them telling you or to others?

    I think (constructive) negative feedback is underrated. If someone is giving you time to tell you that something is wrong- listen (you don’t have to agree but you should reflect). The worst thing is no feedback, which leads to no growth. Positive feedback is good for the ego, negative feedback is great for growth.
