In Tanzania and East Africa in general school courses from Foundation(Primary Schools) to University studies the structure is limited and does not focus, meet and consider the technology development! We have few Tanzanians who are compitent enough on the Telecom System expertise! To boost the learning for the upcoming generations we have to atleast provide nit less than one year for University Students(Telecom and Computer Enginners) to join the industry and get some startup tips on the market/instustry and whatever available! In addition we(Tanzanian) should be eager to learn from vendors(Foreigners) and earher to teach(Mentor) other for the future generation We can build better tomorrow together!

There are a lot of ways how we deliver training: 1) it could be online via E-learning module, 2) Instructor led training ( on site or remote) 3 ) via hands-on training. So a mix between all these methods is a good way to keep updated in a fast changing world of telecommunication.
