    To mediate this conflict, you need to conduct joint meetings with both teams. This is to give them both the chance to explain what resources they need and why they need it. You need to then evaluate which resources are necessary. This is so that you would know if they should be given the security resources or not. You need to explain to each team why it's needed or not needed. This is to avoid them from quarrelling.
