Know your users needs, know what they want it for, then go far and beyond to make their life easier by using the App. Treat overall CX (what I call as Customer eXperience) to be most crucial than mere UI/UX. "CX Design is How it works!" That's it!

As a first step you need to understand the environment your user currently experiences before you try to design any product UI/UX and identify the potential touch points of your product in that environment. Then you need to design your UI/UX connecting it to the best of the above touch points offering an experience compatible with the environmental experience your customer is accustomed to improved by the value the product has to offer to the customer.

Beyond just trends, focusing on accessibility and inclusivity is crucial. Ensure your design adheres to WCAG guidelines and is tested with diverse users, including those with disabilities. This not only expands your user base but also reflects a commitment to ethical design.

Put focus on advocating for the value of design across the organization, particularly among decision-makers. Empower employees to demand user-centered services and establish gatekeepers to ensure that no solutions are developed without a deep understanding of user needs and early-stage testing.
