Our coaches are as competitive as ever, and are ready to train the fittest families in the country as they take on the toughest and most gruelling physical challenges imaginable. Davy Fitz is feeling smug after last year's victory, and is desperate to make it two in a row.
New presenter Laura Fox is on the hunt to find the nation’s Fittest Family. She’s not the only new kid on the block, as legendary athlete Sonia O’Sullivan will be joining Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O’Callaghanto push the families to their limits and over the finish line for the coveted title and €15,000.

Ireland’s Fittest Family is returning to the beautiful Rathbeggan Lakes in County Meath to film this year’s Heats.
The Quarter Finals are at a brand new location – Finnegan’s Farm in Co Meath, a fifth-generation potato farm in the heart of the Boyne Valley.
The Semi-Finals will drag the families through the muddy swamps of Hell & Back in Kilruddery, Co Wicklow.
This year’s Grand Final will be held in and around Dublin Port, with epic events designed push the finalist families to their limits.
