Co Monaghan-based Activ8 Solar Energies is expanding its operations into the Scottish market.
The company said the move marks a significant milestone in its mission to make sustainable energy accessible and affordable to a wider market outside of Ireland.
It said its expansion to Scotland will include a total of 15 projects in the commercial market, to be completed by December 2023.
It also has an "ambitious" plan for 30 more in 2024.
The projects set to be completed by the end of the year include installations in Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness, as well as various locations across northern Scotland and the remote islands.
Activ8 Solar said its expansion into remote Scottish islands, such as Stornoway, shows its dedication to providing clean energy solutions to even the most challenging and isolated areas.

Activ8 became the first solar installer in Ireland to install over 100,000 solar panels, with Activ8 installations across Ireland generating a combined 59MWh on an annual basis.
