All-Ireland champions Cork dominated this year's PwC Camogie All-Star Awards, with eight players from the county named on the XV that was announced at a ceremony in Croke Park on Saturday evening.
Captain Amy O'Connor, Katrina Mackey and Hannah Looney were the recipients in the forward line, with Libby Coppinger, Meabh Cahalane and Laura Treacy those honoured in defence along with Amy Lee in goals.
The final Cork All-Star was awarded to midfielder Saoirse McCarthy.
All-Ireland finalists, Waterford picked up three All-Stars: Vikki Falconer, Lorraine Bray and Beth Carton recognised for their efforts. Déise sharpshooter Carton was also named the senior player of the year, as voted by her peers.
Senior semi-finalists, Tipperary claimed two berths on this year's XV, with Karen Kennedy and Cáit Devane selected, while the last two positions on the team were awarded to Galway’s Róisín Black and Denise Gaule of Kilkenny.
The manager of the year recipient was Cork’s Matthew Twomey, who in his final game at the helm, helped the Munster side win back the All-Ireland title.
