Testes remotos acabam de fato trazendo traços da forma como o engenheiro projeta, auxiliam os superiores a enxergar a forma de interação do candidato com o futuro time, a forma de raciocínio dele, etc. Mas é de se destacar também a verificação da conexão do candidato, facilidade de uso das ferramentas e softwares disponíveis, todo o entorno da vaga que servirá de suporte ao futuro colaborador. Ainda estamos "desmamando" da necessidade dos líderes de estar sempre com a equipe presencialmente, e alguma análise mal feita de perfil pode se tornar algum deslize que traga problemas e questionamentos sobre esta mudança.
