From the course: Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin

Help Center resources

- [Instructor] Throughout this course, I'll help you to get up and running as a LinkedIn Learning admin. However, I won't be covering every feature and you may have questions specific to your situation. That's why I want to highlight some valuable LinkedIn Learning resources that can help along the way. First, on the Admin dashboard, in the bottom right corner is the helpful Resources section. Here, you have the Course Content Corner, which provides access to new course releases, content mapping documents, and more. You have LinkedIn Learner Challenges, which are small courses and challenges designed to engage and motivate learners, and then LinkedIn Learning Product Updates so you can stay informed about the latest platform changes. Probably the most valuable resource, in my opinion, is the Help Center, which is accessible from the Help icon up at the top. So here, I'll click on Help and it brings up this popup. Here, I can search for things. I can type in a question if I have it. I can search articles. On this page, I can also see what's new, chat with support, go to the community, and then open Help in a new tab. Now, I like to do this, I'm going to click, open Help in a new tab, and this brings us to that Help Center. So from here, again, we could ask a question, maybe you have a question about groups. If I type that in, I'll then find these articles related to that. Down below here, you also have Recommended topics, Suggested articles, and more. Another key resource is the Customer Success Center, which you can find here. This includes things like the Product Learning tab, which has the Learning Center inside of it, containing short videos and articles to deepen your understanding. Here's that Help Center, and also, there's information about integrations and the community. At the top, you also have engagement tools. These include Learner Challenges and the Content Corner. And then you also have Product Updates, as well as Industry Insights. For more technical or IT-related questions such as integrations, APIs, and advanced settings, refer to the LinkedIn Learning API and technical documentation that you can find here. Throughout the course, I'll continue to point out relevant resources, but these are some of the best places to explore for deeper learning. I've also provided a document with direct links to these key resources for quick access. Take a few moments to explore and bookmark the resources that will be most useful to you. Then join me in the next video.
