    This can be 1,000 different things happening, it would all depend on what we were upgrading and what the setback was. In most cases however I would step back or go from working "in" the project to working "on" the project for a bit. It's a bit like going from seeing a city from the street view to seeing it from a low flying plane. You can quickly follow the project path you have set out like a map and hopefully see your break or wrong turn.
